The 17th Annual Southend Shakedown (2015) in Pictures Hayley Reeve April 8, 2015 Local News, Local Travel Updates, Seaside, Southend On Monday the 6th April Southend seafront bore witness (again) to the phenomenon that is the annually-held “Southend Shakedown”, organised by Ace Cafe London. Billed as the “first major ride out this year” by Ace Cafe London, the event saw hundreds and hundreds of motorcyclists and bikers partake in the “Shakedown” departing from the London cafe and finishing on our very own seafront. There were plenty of family stands, displays and other entertainment all day too, which made this FREE-TO-ATTEND event a fun day out for all of the family. So if you missed it - You missed out!
