Live Action Scare Maze at the Victoria Shopping Centre!

Are you brave enough to face the nightmares of the I’Scream Factory? This American style “Scare Maze Experience” is brought to Southend by Hide and Shriek. Hide and Shriek have travelled the world to experience some of the most unimaginably terrifying attractions, so that they can bring all the scariest aspects together into one big attraction. Right on the doorstep of Essex residents.

The Horror Experience

Brave individuals attempting the I’Scream Factory scare maze can expect to encounter the latest audio, lighting and special effects along with a host of horrifying actors, which all combine to create an immersive cinematic experience where you are the star.

Take a tour of the old Ice Cream Factory where a dark, horrific secret lurks behind the gates. It is up to you to find the secret and escape… however, things are not as sweet as they seem!

One of the minds behind the project said:

“With Southend being one of the UK’s largest towns, and our hometown, it seemed only natural to bring terror into the hearts and minds of its residents and visitors. This experience will be unlikely anything ever seen in Southend before, and we are extremely excited at the prospect of developing Southend into the must-visit destination for Halloween. We don’t want people to just go and view a horror film this Halloween, we want them to experience what it’s like to star in one!”

Not advised for those suffering from weak heart, or some younger children. Contains horror themes, loud noises and strobe lighting in use throughout.

No masks or Halloween costumes allowed.
