About Memory Walk

Memory Walk is a local fundraising walk to share and celebrate someone special with a community feel. Walking for Memory Walk will help Alzheimer’s Society raise much-needed funds for the people in Southend suffering from dementia.

So let’s get fundraising and make every step count!

There will be three different walks to choose from: 1 mile, 2 miles or 3 miles. All are wheelchair and pushchair friendly. Registration will be at 10am at Cliffs Pavilion, and will go along Southend seafront and past historical landmarks that make Southend a place we all love to remember.

There will also be an art exhibition with work by people with dementia, and some live music.
