E.D.E.N. is back in 2016!

Embrace Your Dreams * Believe In Your Dreams * Be Inspired

EDEN is a non-religious event to inspire all women of the local Southend community! There will be inspiring speakers from all backgrounds, local Southend women sharing their inspirational stories and insights, fun workshops and an opportunity to develop your self-confidence by participating in the EDEN fashion show “Dress To Express”. Instead of looking for inspiration from celebrities in magazines or on TV, why not look to real women from your own community. (Read our article for more details on last year’s event.)

As an eco-friendly group, attendees are encouraged to create their own name badge for the event to win the Best Badge Award and a prize. There will also be a special prize for the woman who is most inspired, committed and prepared to make a positive change within the next three months! As well as a prize draw to win a set of free life coaching sessions from Purple Genie Life Coaching, there will be tea, coffee and cake! You can also talk to the Active Women Southend team about free fitness classes in the Southend area for women over 22.
