Keep checking back in the run up to Christmas 2014, as we’ll be updating our calendar list of Southend Christmas Events every time we hear of a new event coming up! Daily Christmas Events in Southend

  • See Santa @ Sea Life Adventure
    See Santa in his Christmas Grotto at Southend’s sea life centre, Sea Life Adventure, on the seafront. Everyday from 22nd November right up to Christmas Eve, from 11am – 5pm weekends and 12pm – 5pm weekdays! Includes usual Sea Life Adventure features and activities too.
  • Adventure Wonderland @ Adventure Island
    Before you get to meet Santa in his Grotto, you can have fun on the children’s Christmas rides like the Reindeer Jump or the Christmas Choo Choo Train. Then you will enter the Cribble Tunnel and go through a maze of Christmas adventures meeting all sorts of wonderful characters along the way such as Frosty the Dancing Snowman and PJ the Polar Bear. Then just before you get to Santa’s Grotto, you can go to the Christmas Post Office to write your Christmas letter to Santa with fun stickers and colours. So you can give it to Santa when you meet him or take it home with you! Santa will give you your Christmas present, talk to you about what else you want for Christmas and take photos.
  • Peter Pan @ Cliffs Pavilion
    This year’s Christmas Panto, as you all should know by now, is Peter Pan – starring David Hasselhoff. Showing almost everyday between 13th December and 11th January. Click here for dates and times!

  • Christmas Carols on Strand Wharf @ Old Leigh
    Sing Christmas carols on Strand Wharf at Old Leigh, with music provided by the Belfair School Wind Band and the Salvation Army Band. Carol sheets and mince pies also provided!
  • Cats Protection Southend Christmas Party @ Leigh Constitutional Club
    Come party with other local cat lovers in this wonderful Christmas fundraising event. All proceeds go toward helping the cats of Cats Protection Southend!
