Had a bit of story time fun with Southend Radio 105.1 yesterday on their Facebook page. We created a fantastic story, really brightened up an otherwise glum Monday afternoon…. It’s honestly a load of nonsense – but great fun to read!

For those of you who missed it, here’s how the story went:

There was a time when only long ago there was a girl called Alice, who went (or Sally lol!) who had to Southend to see Paul Lovett. A problem then occurred with his eye lids. She’d gone to get her eyes tested but forgot she’d eaten Paul’s lunch :( Which was, Paul was not amused, by mistake. Pulled her then suddenly… the door slammed shut because of Paul’s flatulence. Then, alive and well, Alice went for a liquid lunch. Cup of slime and washing power, which tasted like sludge dripped on Rossi icecream. Lucky that she’d remembered Daniel Fox was only on the radio when he awoke freezing cold wearing his nan’s hat and slippers (sorry, knickers!), which made sleepwalking to He shrieked farms extremely awkward for sleeping cows. “Help me….” he said (the cow). SUDDENLY A…. giant strawberry grew arms and shouted “SOUTHEND RADIO!” where she did the moonwalk in Southend, because she loved to jam all night while she listened to…. the 90s. Meanwhile, the Abbie in the morning show was singing Megan Trainor (Doubt it!). Shockingly then, she sung badly before One Direction’s management said… “YOU’RE FIRED. The end.” Out of cannon, into space. Final countdown. But wait…! Guess what! It’s glued…. Which one? Blue one. How comes? “Mind that chicken!”

And I think Southend Radio wanted it to just end there. You lot are a bunch of nutters ;)

Well done to everybody involved. And ENS Recruitment Ltd, ENS Recruitment Solutions and Silkstream for joining in too!

Here’s the Facebook screenshots! See if you can find yourself!
