The difficulty with this is that when we go to an establishment, we can immediately assess for ourselves the sort of place that it is or look at the just look at the “Score On The Door”. If a takeaway shop looks especially dirty or we see something that we wish we hadn’t, it tends to put us off from ordering there again… If there is no hygiene rating on display, we may even ask why.
